Question: How difficult is it to transition from guitar 6-string bass?

I play guitar and currently on the implementation of the plan in a band with him. However, our bass player fell through and we found someone who Can Play the guitar. I was just curious how hard it is, the transition from guitar to bass is so I could play bass, and the other person Can Play guitar.

Answer: No. Basically, you just play rhythm stuff. As with most species, when the guitarist plays a power chord you play the root, or you could play your own funky bass line more complicated.
